- Provide online enrollment benefit management systems allowing employees a centralized location to access their benefits information and make appropriate changes
- Help employees quickly resolve plan/service issues, claims, pharmacy issues
Employer Support
- Implement Online Enrollment providing employees a centralized location to access their benefits information and make appropriate changes
- Conducting Onsite or Online Open Enrollment Meetings
- Providing HR online resources allowing access to State Laws, HR Forms, HIPAA Compliance, ERISA, S125, etc.
